The nature of the program is to train MRC & BRC on how to become a great leader by exposing them to characteristics of a leader through various kind of leadership training activities. Besides, this program will also encourage participants to be balance in academic and being in a society. The main purpose of this program is to install as much knowledge and skills pertaining to leadership matters as a starter kit for all leaders of both Mahallah to have courage to take the lead as leaders. Through this kind of platform where International Islamic University Malaysia played an important role in producing quality youth of tomorrow together with strategic plans and guidance from the current leaders.
